MINDFULNESS PRIVATE TUITIONA COURSE TO SUIT YOUR SCHEDULE AND NEEDS
Let us know your availability to attend a class, whether you would prefer a shorter or longer course and you can also choose to have shorter or longer meditation audio recordings to practice during the week. It is the same fee whether it’s just yourself or up to two friends join you.
FLEXIBLE & PERSONALISED
Private mindfulness tuition may be for you if you have a schedule that doesn’t suit a regular same-day / same-time class arrangement. You may also live remotely and would like to have mindfulness by Skype or Facetime. Some people prefer much smaller groups and would like to practice with one or two others whom they know well.
Private mindfulness tuition can follow well-known and established mindfulness curriculae such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. We could also discuss you doing a shorter programme, top-up tuition, or mindfulness around a specific issue you are facing such as anxiety, depression, stress or addictions.

Why not bring up to two friends and pay the same fee (£95 for 50 minutes) and so split your costs? Having a mindfulness ‘buddy’ might also help support you in doing your home practice and share experiences with.

Session can take place Mondays to Fridays.
You can book anytime between 11am and 8pm. Evening slots get full quickly so let us know if you’d like to go on a waiting list for your preferred time.
£95 for 50 minutes. The fee is the same even if you bring up to two friends. They just need to pay £20 extra each for the whole course to cover the costs of materials.
