The BeingWell is about quality teaching and training. Our mindfulness teachers have qualifications in working with the human mind and in developing people. We all also have an in-depth mindfulness practice so that we teach from real lived experience.
We maintain high standards
We all meet and follow the standards, criteria and best practice guidelines set by the UK Network for Mindfulness Based Teachers.
Trained in evidence-based programmes
We are trained to deliver evidence-based mindfulness programmes. You therefore have reassurance that the curricula are well researched for effectiveness.
Registered & qualified in human profession
We are qualified and registered professionals in own fields spanning psychology, group training and facilitation.
Experienced in everyday practice
To make theory relevant, a teacher has to live it practically and personally. We combine high levels of professional expertise with down-to-earth lived mindfulness in our day-to-day lifestyles.
