SHERYLIN THOMPSON – COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST
Originally from South Africa, Sherylin is interested in tackling social inequality. As a psychologist, Sherylin sees good mental health as being fundamental to the development of individuals, families, organisations and society. She enjoys bringing mindfulness to people from a broad range of backgrounds.
Sherylin believes that emotion regulation helps people withstand hard times and even grow stronger through adversity. Sherylin sees mindfulness as a very effective way to not just manage well through difficulties but to learn and develop.

REZWANA NASEHA –
Rezwana has already had a breadth of experience in working therapeutically with people of all ages. While still at the start of her psychology career, Rezwana has already helped people in a number of settings. She has been a mentor for year-8 children to help them overcome academic and personal challenges. Rezwana has also worked as an aged home care worker, where many of her clients had dementia. Rezwana has a natural ability to form a great rapport with a range of people from a variety of backgrounds in a range of contexts.
