SUMMARY KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Rezwana completed her 8-week MBSR programme at The BeingWell. As a psychology undergraduate student, she is interested in how mindfulness sits within psychological theory. Rezwana is an advocate for mindfulness training and is a valuable support in researching, designing and organising mindfulness projects for The BeingWell.
Rezwana has also worked with other non-profit services supporting people in a range of settings. She has been a mentor for children in secondary and primary school education and has provided services in assisting older people with dementia. Rezwana shows her passion to give back and to help others through coordinating charity events and taking part in homeless feeds
